From the North
Please Note: Internet directions and GPS devices will tell you to exit at Pennyfeild-Harding Avenue. From 95 South, this will require you to cross three (3) lanes of active traffic approaching the Throgg’s Neck Bridge tolls. Please exit at Randall (and GPS will recalculate).
(From Ossining) Take 9A South to the Sprain South (then…)
Take the Cross Westchester (287) East to 95 South.
(Personal Opinion - best to avoid rush hour on the Hutch – Check traffic reports first!)
OR
-Take the Cross County Pkwy East to the Hutch South.
- Take the Hutch South to 95 South
- Move to the middle lane.
After 95 splits, stay left and follow 695 toward the Throgg’s Neck Bridge.
Exit at Randall Ave. (first exit after the split)
Bear left and straight through the light.
After a particularly nasty curve, make a LEFT on East Tremont at the second light.
Continue to the end (@ Marina del Rey)
Make a left and go one block to the Stop sign.

From Long Island
Get to the Throgg’s Neck Bridge (295 N)
At the tolls, STAY OVER AS RIGHT AS YOU CAN.
443 ft after the Tolls, take exit 9 Pennyfield Ave/Fort Schuyler
Go straight and turn left at Prentiss Ave
Continue on Lawton Ave
Turn left at Meagher Ave
Turn right at Schurz Ave
And you’re here
From Manhattan
Take FDR North to the Triboro to the Bruckner following the signs to Bronx/Upstate N Y/New England
Take the exit onto Cross Bronx Expy Ext/I-295 S toward Throgs Neck Bridge.
Take exit 11 toward Randall Ave
Merge onto Cross Bronx Expy Extention and go straight
Turn right at Throgs Neck Blvd
Turn right at Schurz Ave and you’re here.
Remember….
If you get lost……..Get to E. Tremont and take to the end at Marina del Rey (catering hall), make a left and one block later, you’re here.
